Arrivals in Istanbul

Orientation walk followed by dinner
DAY 2

Blue Mosque, St. Sophia cathedral, Hippodrome

Lunch on own in a local restaurant with amazing view on the Marmara sea and St. Sophia cathedral

After lunch
Discover Egyptian Spice Bazaar
Walk along Galata bridge to see the Golden Horn bay and the Bosphorus.

Things to do like a turk on that day

Taste dondurma (very special turkish ice-cream) and interract with ice-cream man
Interract with local fishermen
Have turkish tea from tulip-shape glasses with the best baklava 
Ride a local tram (street car) back to hotel

DAY 3 
Included breakfast in the hotel

Day of cultural hotspots

Explore European part of Istanbul - Beyoğlu & Taksim.

Galata Tower, Pera Palace hotel

Included brunch (traditional Turkish breakfast that can last the whole day)

İstiklal Avenue aka Independence Avenue -an elegant pedestrian street, 1.4 kilometres (0.87 mi) long
free time for shopping

Discover Karakoy district and try balik-ekmek

In the evening join us for optional boat trip on the Bosphorus with dinner

Ride a red retro tram in İstiklal
Ride Tünel Funicular
Try signature Turkish food: breakfast/branch, balik-ekmek, simit

DAY 4

Guided tour of Dolmabahçe Sarayı (Dolmabahçe Palace) - elegant 19 century palace on the Bosphorus. It is one of the most magnificent symbolic structures of the Ottoman Empire. It is the largest palace in Turkey. It has an area of 11.1 acres

Lunch in a local restaurant

Vapur trip to the Asian part of Istanbul to discover Kadikoy area:
Visit local food market, local bakery shop and try traditional turkish coffee fortune telling

Traditional Raki-balik dinner 

Things to do like a Turk on that day
Shop at a local market
Taste Islak Hamburger ("wet" turkish burger)
Find out what your coffee knows about your future
